Refund Policy

The short version. All purchases come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy, email us within 7 days and we'll refund you — no questions asked.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all paid products and subscriptions purchased through 67 Speed Games (67speedgames.com), including the Monthly Premium subscription ($4.99/month) and the Lifetime Premium Pass ($9.99 one-time). Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Creem.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. This applies to both new subscriptions and one-time Lifetime Pass purchases.
3. Monthly subscription refunds
- Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase will receive a full refund.
- Refund requests made within 7 days of a renewal charge will receive a full refund of that renewal charge.
- No refund is available after 7 days from the most recent charge. You can cancel future billing at any time — see our Cancellation Policy.
4. Lifetime Pass refunds
- Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund.
- After 7 days, the Lifetime Pass is non-refundable because it is a digital good that is immediately delivered and accessible upon purchase.
5. How to request a refund
Email contact@67speedgames.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address used for purchase
- The approximate date of purchase
- The product purchased (Monthly or Lifetime)
We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Creem.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund if we detect abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeated purchases and refunds to exploit the system). In such rare cases, we will notify you of the reason.
