Welcome to 67 Speed Games. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the operators of 67speedgames.com ("we", "us") and apply to your use of the site, including the 67 Speed arm-speed challenge and the Flappy Arms advanced mode. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

67 Speed Games provides free, browser-based motion mini-games that use your webcam and a local pose-detection model (Google MediaPipe) to respond to your arm movements. The site is front-end only: no account, no login, no upload. The service is provided for entertainment and fitness-adjacent fun. It is not medical, fitness, or training advice.

2. Your responsibilities

• Make sure you are physically able to perform arm movements for the duration of a session. If you have any injury, condition, or concern, consult a medical professional before playing.
• Play in a safe space: enough room to move your arms without hitting furniture, another person, or a screen, and with stable footing.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the site.
• Do not use the site to harass, defame, or violate the rights of any person, and do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation (for example, by probing for vulnerabilities or scraping at abusive volumes).

3. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: your camera feed is processed in your browser and never leaves your device. We collect standard analytics and may display ads. See the Privacy Policy for the full story.

4. Intellectual property

All original code, text, artwork, and design on 67speedgames.com are owned by us or used with permission. You may link to the site, share screenshots of your own gameplay, and embed the public pages. You may not copy substantial portions of the code, artwork, or written content for a competing product without our written permission.

Names such as "67 Speed" and "67speed.com" are trademarks of their original creators. 67speedgames.com is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the operators of 67speed.com. "Flappy Bird" is owned by its respective rights holders; Flappy Arms is an original implementation inspired by the flap-to-fly genre.

5. Third-party services

The site loads assets and services from third parties, including Google (Analytics, AdSense, MediaPipe models, Fonts), Cloudflare (hosting), and jsDelivr (CDN). Your use of those services through our site is also subject to their own terms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability.

6. Advertising

We may display advertising, including contextual or personalized ads served through Google AdSense. You agree not to click on your own ads, attempt to inflate impressions, or otherwise interact with ads in a way that violates AdSense policies.

7. No warranty

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the pose detection will be accurate, that the site will be available at all times, or that your gameplay data will be preserved.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE — INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PHYSICAL INJURY RESULTING FROM MOVEMENT DURING GAMEPLAY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update or discontinue the site or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by generally applicable principles of contract law, and any disputes will be resolved in a competent court of the jurisdiction where the site's operator resides, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a different forum.
